SPIT ROASTS

Our spit roasts are cooked in our off-site ovens and carved on arrival.

They are served to your guests in a semi-self service carvery.


All menus are served with dinner rolls, sauces and all condiments.


We also provide salt & pepper, butter, serviettes, cutlery & china plates.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE

If you feel confident enough to serve your guests we offer a delivery service for all our menus.


We will prepare and cook everything off-site and deliver prior to your function in disposable containers.


$60 delivery fee.

STAFF

To present your Spit Roast we recommend you utilise the services of our professionally trained personnel.  We will attend your function, serve the food and clean up,  allowing you to enjoy the celebration.


$40 per hour

Minimum of 3 hours per staff

 

A surcharge applies for public holidays and for some bookings outside the metropolitan area.

A surcharge of $2.00pp applies for lamb & $1.50pp for chicken.
